Landscape Management Supervisor

We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Landscape Management Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Landscape Management Supervisor is to ensure that our client’s expectations for landscape management are being met or exceeded. This will be accomplished by managing, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of the maintenance crew(s) assigned to them to ensure that our client’s and HLS standards are obtained. In addition, he/she will be required to support their Area Manager a variety of assignments.

The Supervisor would be responsible for maintaining various jobsites throughout Northern VA. Performing landscape management operations and working with / managing a crew of three to five crew people. We offer competitive salaries and benefits. Qualifications: two to three years landscape management experience, proven track record working within the industry and a clean driving record. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. Landscape Enhancement Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Landscape Enhancement Supervisor is to ensure that our client’s expectations for landscape enhancements are being met or exceeded. This will be accomplished by managing, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of the enhancement crew(s) assigned to them to ensure that our client’s and HLS standards are obtained. In addition, he/she will be required to support their Area Manager a variety of assignments.

Landscape Maintenance/Enhancement Crew Personnel

We are seeking individuals to fill the position of crew personnel. This is a full time seasonal position no part time positions available. The applicants would be responsible for working with supervisors on landscape maintenance sites (mowing) and landscape enhancement sites. We offer competitive salaries. Job qualifications: two to three years experience with landscape machinery, mowing equipment and landscape installation equipment.  HLS maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace and work force.
