Toll Commonwealth

Commonwealth is a new residential neighborhood in the Westfields area of far western Fairfax County, Virginia near Chantilly. Constructed by Toll Brothers, KT Enterprises [KTE] was chosen to enhance the common areas with the addition of parks that included both hardscaping and landscaping. Construction components included concrete sidewalks, paver patios, stone walls and a gazebo. Additional landscaping elements, including large Ulmus for shade and Lagerstrœmia for color, along with lush sodded lawn areas, provide a relaxing green space these residents can enjoy.
