Twin Ponds Patio and Site [May 2022]

KT Enterprises [KTE] was responsible for the landscaping and flat work construction of this amenity in the Willowsford Community that we have highlighted in the past.  Our construction scope included all the grading, parking lot installation (see our next post in two weeks), concrete sidewalks and patio, flagstone overlay, fireplace with seat walls, and a sand volleyball court. We closely coordinated our work with the builder of the post and beam structure over the concrete floor and stone seat walls we installed. The before and after pictures help to tell the story better than words. As this site has matured residents have a great place to gather and relax in a well-designed community space filled with native plantings.
