Erickson Grandview [July 2025]

KT Enterprises [KTE] has had two to three crews working at the new Erickson Grandview Senior Living in Bethesda, Maryland, for most of the past year. This new community on 33 acres is being built by Whiting-Turner and will provide thousands of independent and assisted living units filled with amenities inside and out. These three photos scratch the surface of KTE’s scope on this multi-million dollar project. In addition to construction elements, site furnishings, soil placement on and off structure, and traditional landscaping, our sister company, KT Irrigation, is also installing a state-of-the-art irrigation system. We will provide additional updates as this job progresses and nears completion.
