Innovation Park [October 2025]

This is just a small public space that KT Enterprises [KTE] installed as part of the much larger Innovation Town Center project in Manassas, Virginia, developed by Stanley Martin. This park area was created from an underutilized open space. Our experienced crews excavated the existing dirt and installed tons of manufactured sand that is contained by hundreds of feet of metal edging to make this site user-friendly and low-maintenance. Additional landscaping was also installed to enhance this site’s aesthetics and provide a welcoming area with seating, fire pits, and space for outdoor activities.
