One Loudoun Plaza [May 2026]

KT Enterprises [KTE] installed the initial infrastructure landscape when One Loudoun opened several years ago. We have witnessed these plantings mature as the town center has grown and evolved into a destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This latest phase is at the north end of Exchange Street and is being constructed by L F Jennings, the primary general contractor on this dynamic site. The main plaza that bisects the site provides a green space punctuated by unique seating and gathering spaces. KT was responsible for installing a diverse mix of plant material that included trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses to add ‘green’ interest to this welcoming space. We will soon share a second post that highlights an artificial turf installation at this site.
