Belmont Overlook [July 2025]

Belmont Overlook is a new 202-unit townhome community in Ashburn, Virginia, developed by Pulte Homes.  KT Enterprises [KTE] was selected to install several of the hardscape features in this community that included numerous site furnishings, a pavilion with pavers, a fishing pier, and entry signage.  Our sister company KT Irrigation [KTI] installed an irrigation system to keep key landscape areas (installed by others) green.  Residents of this community now have usable outdoor common spaces to relax in filled with amenities.
