P2 at South 620 Benches [March 2026]

This new community of single-family homes by Van Metre Homes is located in Aldie, Virginia, next to one of their premier developments, Stone Ridge. KT Enterprises [KTE] landscaped the entry road frontage and rain gardens last fall, and over the winter, they installed numerous site furnishings in a community park featuring a large lawn and paved walking trail. These benches will provide a durable and comfortable space for residents to relax and enjoy their new community.
