Designed with a community green as its central feature, this new townhome community in Herndon, Virginia, is conveniently located near VA Route 28 and Dulles Airport. KT Enterprises [KTE] is providing all the landscape and much of the amenity construction on this project. The community green is an ideal gathering spot built with families in mind, with a manicured (and irrigated) lawn and a unique playground for kids. There is also a large semi-circle steel and wood arbor with benches and tables underneath, providing a comfortable area to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The arbor provides an excellent structural statement and backdrop for the entry sign and wall, also constructed by KTE.
