Lexington Square [March / April 2025]

Located in Ashburn, Virginia, this new infill Active Adult community is conveniently located near One Loudoun and VA Route 7.  With a combination of single family homes and townhomes, KT Enterprises [KTE] provided the entire landscaping package, including foundation plantings and site plantings. A mixture of trees and shrubs provided a green buffer around the property, and a decorative drainage swale filled with 70 tons of chalet stone was installed to control water flow at the rear of the property. A decorative wooden and steel structure above a seating area at the bocce court is just one of the several amenities constructed by KTE.
