Target at Arcola [July 2025]

Through a long-standing relationship with the developer based on delivering exceptional work on time and on budget, KT Enterprises [KTE] installed the landscaping at the new Target in Arcola, Virginia. On the surface, this may look like just another shopping center landscape. KTE was selected because of our ability to store hundreds of trees at our state-of-the-art nursery in Bristow and install this job during the heat of the summer. The scope not only included planting and sodding but also the addition of 6-10 inches of topsoil in all the parking lot islands after removing the existing poor soil and construction debris. Our sister company, KT Irrigation, also installed a full irrigation system that kept the newly installed sod green in late summer, even after weeks of no rain. This store can now open on time and welcome shoppers.
