Brambleton Clubhouse

We’ve shown several phases of this huge project previously; now the Brambleton Clubhouse is completed for a long-term customer.  KTE not only supplied plant material and sod but was also responsible for many of the site amenities and construction elements on this project, along with the irrigation done by our sister company KTI.   We have highlighted a few of the key construction components completed by KTE:   the pergola, exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, fencing, mow strips, bocce courts, and pickle ball courts. Our hands-on project manager (Kris Alvarez) also helped design and lay out the landscaping in conjunction with our landscaping department head and several extremely talented and experienced install crews. Teamwork brought this project together on time and on budget!
