Meadowbrook Farm Entry and Island

These pictures highlight a new secondary entry into Meadowbrook Farm off of Battlefield Parkway in Leesburg, Loudoun County, Virginia. KT Enterprises [KTE] planted the main entry off of US Route 15 two years ago and installed the four-inch caliper red maples at this new entry last fall.  The median islands have been filled with durable plants to give year ’round interest including ornamental grasses (Liriope and Calamagrostis), crimson pygmy barberry, crepemyrtles, and seasonal flowers.  These plantings have also been irrigated to help them get established and reduce stress during any dry periods.  Traffic will soon be picking up at this entrance as more homes are built on this side of the project.
