Tysons Ridge Foundation Plantings [August 2024]

Nestled just inside the Capital Beltway off Virginia Route 7 in Tysons, Virginia, this community of 104 townhomes, developed by EYA, reclaimed an underutilized commercial space. In these photos we highlight the foundation plantings of these multistory contemporary townhomes that are going up quickly. KT Enterprises [KTE] is also installing street trees throughout the site, a large hillside planting along Route 7 and later this year a community park with greenspaces complemented by seating areas and other amenities these homeowners can enjoy year ’round.
