Potomac Shores Park Topsoil [October 2024]

KT Enterprises [KTE] is thankful to have a nearly decade-long relationship with the developers of Potomac Shores along the Potomac River just south of Woodbridge, Virgina. We have featured many phases of this large, residential community over the years. The latest phase includes a vibrant marketplace with green spaces, retail areas, and a VRE [Virginia Railway Express] commuter train station. To kick off this latest phase this past fall, KTE spread thousands of yards of topsoil from on-site stockpiles to provide a premium environment for trees, plants, and turf to take root and thrive. We will have additional updates in 2025 to show our progress as we continue with sodding and planting these irrigated park spaces.
