Lake Pointe Apartments, Woodbridge [June 2025]

Located in Woodbridge, Virginia, and built by NRP Group, this new 355-unit apartment is spread across fifteen acres and contains five buildings.  KT Enterprises [KTE] provided all the landscaping and irrigation on this project, along with site furnishings to complement an abundance of planned green open space for residents to enjoy.  Outdoor amenities include a pool, dog park, raised garden beds, play area, and a large landscaped lawn area with walking paths.  We started this project in the winter and completed it by early summer of 2025 on time for their grand opening.
