Prosperity Model Home

This is a new community from Van Metre Homes located at the intersection of Gum Spring and Braddock Roads in Loudoun County. Both single family and townhouses are being built.  There is an extensive berm along the main roads that is heavily landscaped with shade and ornamental trees, shrubs and sod to reduce road noise and offer extensive green space and waking trails. The berm also has an irrigation system installed by KT Irrigation. Later this spring, KT will be landscaping the pool and community center for this project.
