Potomac Shores KTI [March 2024]

KT Irrigation [KTI], working hand in hand with KT Enterprises [KTE], has been installing new sections of irrigation throughout the Potomac Shores community in Woodbridge for over ten years as new sections are built and landscaped. In this phase, one of the main loop roads connecting this planned community, River Heritage Blvd, was finally completed after an extensive crossing over a stream. KTI coordinated their planting immediately after KTE installed street trees and sod and after the sidewalk was poured so pipe and heads could be installed efficiently to provide irrigation immediately to the trees and turf areas. In addition to the installation of miles of pipe with hundreds of zones KTI has also maintained this large system for numerous years with their experienced service team along with several other communities, office parks and shopping centers in Northern Virginia.
