Everywhere you look in Northern Virginia there are data centers going up and this project near our old office in Chantilly, is just one of several that KT is landscaping. Having the extensive resources to be able to bid, acquire material, supply the manpower (field, management and administrative) all while being on budget and staying on schedule gives KT a competitive advantage and gives our customers added value which is especially important to the rigorous schedules of the general contractors building these facilities. This site is typical for a data center with extensive buffer plantings of trees and shrubs and the site will be seeded soon. In addition, this site also has a reforestation area along the back of the property and in the storm water pond area.
