Prosperity Clubhouse

This is a great example of community clubhouse and pool that KT completed this spring for Van Meter Homes at their Prosperity Plains project near South Riding Virginia. KT in early spring installed several larger trees to help frame this new clubhouse. As grading, site work and construction opened areas up in later spring we installed the landscape (trees, shrubs, and sod) and irrigation. There were neighboring homes that needed to be screened and a steep slope that needed enhancement with boulders and plantings.
