Anacostia Riverfront (Maren)

KT Enterprises [KTE] has just started phase two of the Riverfront project which is home to Maren, an upscale condo building on the banks of the Anacostia River and overlooking Nationals Park and Audi Field in SW Washington, DC.  These pictures highlight the current state of  phase one completed in 2018, showing how well the plant material has filled in to help complement the extensive hardscapes. From a heavily-landscaped rooftop pool to an authentic beer garden complete with instant shade trees to an interactive fountain and plaza space and finally right to the water’s edge with a densely planted and decorative bio-swale, this landscape has all the amenities to compliment an upscale urban lifestyle. We are looking forward to the opportunity to continue working on this project.
