NoMA  (Tanner Park)

KT Enterprises [KTE] has several projects under contract in DC and Tanner Park is just one of them. This new 2½ acre park will be a beautiful space where people of all ages can enjoy the outdoors and connect with their neighbors in NoMa. This park will have several amenities and KTE is responsible for the extensive soil remediation, a large lawn area, installation of bio-ponds filled with grasses and shrubs along with numerous large caliper trees (4-7”) to help give immediate shade to the users of this community park. We have been working in close quarters with several other trades since the fall of 2019 and plan to be complete in spring  2020.
