Aldie Estates Entry

Aldie Estates is a community right off US Route 50 in southern Loudoun County, Virginia.  Several years ago, the developers took full advantage of being on this busy thoroughfare to invest in a unique entry feature going above and beyond the typical precast panel and columns to highlight their community. KT Enterprises [KTE] took on all responsibilities for the construction and landscaping of this entry feature; managing and self-performing several trades on a custom and detailed project that is viewed by thousands of commuters daily and welcoming hundreds of home owners.  In addition to the entry feature, KTE also landscaped all the common areas and street trees on this site with an extensive use of native trees from our sister company White House Natives.  The landscaping has matured and the hardscapes have held up exceptionally well as a testament to the care and attention put into this project.
