LC2 Autumn 2021 Enhancements [Oct 2021]

This is a unique project for KT Enterprises [KTE]; in that we did not do the initial installation of the trees and shrubs on Phase One of this data center at the intersection of the Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool Road in Loudoun County, Virginia.  KTE was awarded and completed the contract for Phase Two of this data center.  The owner was so pleased with the quality of the work, they asked KTE to provide an extensive enhancement proposal for the entire project, going above and beyond what the county required. The owner of this high-profile project worked closely with an architect and KTE’s senior team to develop and implement a concept, budget, and installation to transform an industrial site into a lush landscape filled with tens of thousands of perennials, grasses, and shrubs. There are also large areas planted with specialty seed mixes to establish meadows. We look forward to seeing this project mature and working on additional enhancements for this client’s other properties.
