KT Enterprises [KTE] completed installation of this project located in the NoMA [North of Massachusetts Avenue] area of Washington, DC back in 2020. It is great to go back to a job site and see how well material has filled in and seeing people utilizing this green space.  Larger elms were planted on this job in special soil panels under pavers so that the roots will have room to grow and support these trees that are already providing shade for users of this park. A large lawn area provides ample space for recreation and a viewing area for movies and performances. Space was also set aside to collect and filter all the rain water from this site into two extensively landscaped bioswales that have filled in with grasses, perennials, shrubs and trees.  This has truly become an urban oasis in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
