Retreat at Westfields [Jul 2022]

KT Enterprises [KTE] is landscaping this new townhome community tucked into the much larger Westfields complex in Chantilly, Virginia. In addition to the typical streetscapes and buffers KT planted several parks and common areas within this community with trees and sod for an instant area green area to play and relax and shade in the future. There is also a large hillside near a pond that was planted with numerous native grasses to reduce maintenance and provide habitat along with great aesthetics.
