Broadlands Park [Oct 2022]

KT Enterprises [KTE] was responsible for the complete installation of a small park in the new neighborhood, Demott and Silver by Van Metre Homes in the Broadlands area of Loudoun County, Virginia.  The scope included poured-in-place concrete planters, pavers, artificial turf, site furnishings, drainage, and landscaping. Even though the project was small in size, it required significant coordination between trades.  This open space amenity will be much appreciated by the homeowners in this neighborhood.
