Graham Park [July 2023]

A popular trend is revitalizing older strip mall shopping centers to create a more inviting environment by adding housing and green space.  Graham Park along US Route 50 in the Falls Church section of Fairfax County, Virginia is a shining example of how this can be successfully completed with the vision and investment of one of the area’s leading developers, EYA. By adding 172 new townhomes, EYA has rejuvenated this aging shopping center into an award-winning and vibrant retail, dining, and living destination.  KT Enterprises [KTE] has provided streetscape and foundation plantings as this multi-phase project has been installed, starting in the fall of 2022 with completion estimated in the spring of 2024.  We were also integral in coordinating the detail landscape and site furnishings installation with the developer and different trades for the construction of a central park with a children’s play area.
