Arden Boardwalk Phase 2 [March 2024]

These photos show Phase Two of the Arden boardwalk project by Toll Brothers. We featured Phase One back in May of 2023; that stage focused on boardwalks around a pond and wetlands. This second phase of extensive boardwalks opens up a over quarter mile of trails through wetlands and mature forests that residents can utilize to get exercise and enjoyment in a natural setting, as several more upscale modern single family homes have been completed in this premier neighborhood. As in phase one, the natural areas this boardwalk now provides access to is extremely sensitive to construction. Hands on layout and installation with experienced crews was a critical to complete this project without disturbing these valuable natural areas that the developer invested in preserving and sharing. We at KT Enterprises [KTE] are pleased to continue to partner with the developer (Toll Brothers) to be their specialized construction project installer on this job, and several of their other premium properties around Northern Virginia.
