Maintenance Crew Training [April 2026]

KT Enterprises [KTE] has returned to its roots, and our maintenance crews receive regular training from our senior production manager, Doug Sevachko. Doug brings fifty years of experience that our new and younger generation of team members can benefit from. Our goal is to equip team members with the knowledge and practical skills needed to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance work safely, efficiently, and professionally. The training covers proper operation and inspection of lawn care equipment, safe handling of fuels and chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, practices, situational awareness, traffic and pedestrian safety, and hazard recognition in residential and commercial work environments.
