Potomac Shores Central Park Before and After [2025 – 2026]

KT Enterprises [KTE] has been the landscaper of choice for Potomac Shores in Woodbridge, Virginia, for over a decade. As this extensive planned community is built out, KTE continues to provide acres of green spaces and miles of street trees for residents to enjoy. Our latest project has been the Central Park, built in 2025. KTE was responsible for re-spreading thousands of yards of topsoil, then landscaping and irrigating the site, in coordination with the general contractor and under the developer’s direction.

The pictures of the “lower park” show the dramatic transformation with before pictures and one-year-later photos. The main focal point was a long, dry creek bed filled with hundreds of tons of chalet stone contained by steel edging and surrounded by thousands of perennials in large beds, providing dramatic color and habitat all season long.

In the “upper park”, KTE sodded a large lawn area surrounded by planting beds filled with trees, shrubs and more perennials, capped off by a pavilion (built by others) for outdoor events. These pictures offer only a small glimpse of this extensive project, which is worth a visit.
