Hartland House [August 2023]

Much of KT Enterprises [KTE]’s success is built on the long-term relationships we have leveraged over the years. This pool and recreation center in the Hartland community is evidence of this. Starting over ten years ago with Willowsford, KTE’s relationship with the developer opened the door to being the landscape of choice in Hartland installing all of their street trees and common areas along with the foundation plantings of two the builders.  With a hot and dry summer installation that included numerous trees, shrubs, and perennials along with topsoil re-spread and sodding; KTE completed this job on schedule while working closely with both the developer and the general contractor of the pool house and pool.  In addition, we continue to hand watered the entire site to keep the plant material and sod green and ready for residents of this community to enjoy this spectacular amenity.
