Woodland Park Flats [October 2023]

The Flats at Woodland Park Station in Herndon, Virginia and developed by NV Homes has been an ongoing project for KT Enterprises [KTE] with several previous posts highlighting this dynamic job and community. In this nearly final phase, KTE installed extensive landscaping that was complemented by hardscape elements. In addition to the plant material and sod, KTE installed many of the site furnishings including seating areas, firepits, grills, benches and trash cans so that these residents not only have a green space to enjoy but also amenities to make them feel at home. This has become a popular trend as builders and developers create communities in tight spaces closer to where people work and have access to multiple transit options.
