Hillside Entry Sign [October 2023]

Hillside, a residential community built and developed by Van Metre Homes in Broadlands, Loudoun County, Virginia is nearly compete with the last few homes going under roof.  KT Enterprises [KTE] has executed all of the landscaping in this community, from each foundation planting to street trees, storm water ponds, buffers and the entrance featured here.  In order to welcome residents to their community, off busy Belmont Ridge Road and offer curb appeal for this quickly-selling community, an extensive entry feature was installed and heavily landscaped with a variety of trees, shrubs and perennials.  In addition, to compliment and provide instant impact the area across from the entry feature was also landscaped and sodded.  We look forward to seeing this community and landscape mature.
