Three Collective at Skyline [Part 1, October-November 2023]

This project is a perfect example of an owner turning three aging office buildings into modern apartments with numerous amenities including an extensive investment in the exterior; both in landscaping and hardscapes. Located in along VA Route 7 in the Skyline area of Fairfax County, Virginia, these three buildings have been transformed inside and out. This first set of photos shows before and after pictures of a parking lot transformed by the KT Enterprises [KTE] construction department into a welcoming plaza with planters, synthetic turf, seating areas and landscaping that we will feature in our next post.
