Montebello Recreation Center [November 2023]

This new community in Sterling, Virginia by Pulte and Del Webb features a 14,000 square foot recreation center with extensive landscaping and hardscapes.  KT Enterprises’ [KTE’s] construction department contributed to the list of amenities by building a large playground, stone patio with seat walls, and a community garden area. Although this project is not complete, we wanted to share these exciting photos of both before and during construction to highlight KTE’s diverse capabilities.  We will follow up later this year when the turf is installed, garden beds planted, and the site turned over to active use.
