Brambleton Pond 9 Clubhouse [November 2023]

KT Enterprises [KTE] has been the primary landscaper at the Brambleton community for over 20 years.  Their latest addition to this extensive community is another clubhouse with a pool. vKTE provided all the landscaping around the building along with street trees and a buffer of mixed shade, ornamental and evergreen trees to provide screening to an adjoining property. Several truckloads of sod turned this project instantly green and ready for use by the residents. We worked closely with our sister company TDS that handled the site development and parking lot and our irrigation company KTI to quickly turn this project around in late summer and deliver a fantastic finished project on time and on budget.
